Happy birthday to the golden birthday boy! I was in charge of making a dip for the birthday party, so I e-mailed one of my friends for suggestions who passed me on to another friend who is well-known for her dips and wah lah!
Yes, I forgot to take a picture, but it was so good that I still felt the need to share.
Feta Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
8 oz. feta cheese crumbled
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
1.) Mix it all up and throw it in the crockpot or put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 350°.
Serve with crackers
