March Wrap-Up

It’s probably about time I fill you in on what’s been happening in my kitchen.

For starters, cheesy chicken BBQ sandwiches. (Please don’t judge me or this dish by the following horrible photo or dirty looking plate.)

Yum! The chicken was so soft and juicy. I feel like I have to prepare chicken like this all the time now.

I was at the grocery store one day, when I saw some ribs. I thought to myself, I wonder how hard it is to prepare ribs. Turns out they’re not too difficult. They just require a little love, some barbecue sauce and some basting. Sorry, no picture, but you can find the recipe here.

I’ve got a few things up my sleeve for Easter. (How did it get here so quickly anyways?!?)

In the meantime, I’m going to enjoy my new little patio set and enjoy this warm weather.
